After 33 years I am so sorry to announce that Huby Fisheries has now permanently closed
I would like to thank all my customers for their support over the years
Onwards and upwards to new adventures!

Just moved to Huby and found this amazing Fish and Chip Shop.
Oh my goodness, we will be regular customers that’s a cert!
Best succulent fish we’ve had in years and the chips were delicious too!
Can hardly wait for our next lot!
We were in the Huby fish shop Saturday. We had Haddock and chips , best fish and chips we have had for a long time . The craic in the shop was canny as well
I am 73 years old and over the year passed through Huby perhaps 100s of times but until recently have never tried the fish n chips. Went Friday lunch time 3 weeks ago and WOW they are the best Fish n Chips I have had, excellent white flakey cod with crispy batter and lovely chips. Reasonably proced.
My only disappointment is not going sooner.
Am definately going on Friday lunch time.

Was working in Huby so decided to order fish and chips for the following night.
Greg kindly arranged delivery of them (as we couldn’t leave the venue). They were the best fish and chips I’ve had for a long long time! Fresh flaky perfectly cooked fish and lovely tasting chips.
Huby and the local area is so lucky to have such a great chippy.
