Consultation & Enagagement

The Neighbourhood Plan team have held a number of consultation activities to engage members of community and gather feedback and comments about the issues important to the village.

June 2014 Letters to landowners Landowners asked to notify the HNP working group if they have land they would like to be considered as potential sites for small scale housing to meet the identified housing need
July/August 2014 ‘Walking the village’ exercise – two evening sessions in which we invited the community to join us in walking down Main Street/Tollerton Road ‘seeing’ the village streetscape with fresh eyes Some additional ideas/input about building design and streetscape appearance that people liked/didn’t like
August 2014 Newsletter Edition Five Provided information about what happens next and reported back on non-planning issues
